To edit or delete multiple times from a conference schedule, you can do the following:

  1. Log in
  2. Go to the teacher's schedule
  3.  Use the "Schedule Options..." drop-down menu near the top of the schedule   

    Select "Edit or delete multiple conference time slots" from the drop-down menu.  

  4. On the next screen, select the time slot(s) to be edited or deleted
  5. Using the drop-down menu above the schedule, select 
    "edit comment
    "edit number of openings"
    "edit extra (virtual) info"

If editing the comment for the selected time slot(s), type the new comment and then click on the "Save Comment" button to save your comment.

If editing the number of openings for the selected time slot(s), choose a number of openings and then click on the "Save Changes" button to save. Changing the number to 0 is a great way to schedule a break.

If editing extra (virtual) info, enter the virtual conference information in one or both of the fields, then press "Save extra info." If you are deleting info from the time slots, leave the fields blank, then press "Save extra info."

If deleting the selected time slot(s), you will be prompted to make sure you want to delete. If you proceed, the selected time slot(s) will be deleted immediately.
