Staff members who have schedule editing rights can edit a time slot on their schedule.

  1. Log in as a staff member or admin. You must have rights that allow you to edit the schedule. Default staff rights allow teachers to edit their own schedule, but this could vary based on school preferences.
  2. Go to the conference schedule.
  3. Click on the pencil/paper "edit" icon next to the posted time.
  4. Make the desired changes to the time slot. While any of the fields can be edited, common changes which are circled below include:
    - starting time
    - ending time
    - number of openings for the time slot (Changing the number of openings to 0 will close the time slot, which is a great way to schedule a break!)
    Press "Save Changes" when you are finished editing the time slot.
