Staff members who have schedule editing rights can delete a time slot from their schedule. Only time slots that do not have a registration can be deleted; if a student is registered for a conference for the time slot, the time slot cannot be deleted.


  1. Log in as a staff member or admin. You must have rights that allow you to edit the schedule. Default staff rights allow teachers to edit their own schedule, but this could vary based on school preferences.
  2. Go to the conference schedule.
  3. Click on the red X beside the posted conference time. If you do not have editing rights, or if there is a student registered for the conference, the red X will not be there.
  4. To confirm that you want to delete the time slot, press "Yes."
