MyConferenceTime schedules have icons next to the schedule and staff member name. Staff and admins can change the schedule icon so that the icon reflects the teacher or course.
MyConferenceTime has a library of icons available that can be selected as the schedule icon.
Additionally, the schedule icon can be the staff member's Google or Microsoft profile picture if both of the following conditions are met:
- the staff member has logged in using Google or Microsoft and
- the staff member has a Google or Microsoft profile picture.
School admins who need to change the schedule icon for multiple schedules should use this support article: Icon for Schedule - Admin Editing Multiple Schedules
To select a schedule icon for an individual schedule, please do the following:
- Log in as a staff member or admin.
- Go to the teacher's conference schedule.
- Using the "Schedule Options" dropdown menu, choose Edit schedule title, comment, visibility, cancel date.
- Press the existing icon.
- Select a new icon from the available choices.
Note: If the staff member has logged in to MyConferenceTime using Google or Microsoft, and if the staff member has a profile picture from one of these services, then the staff member's profile picture will be displayed by default. Use the available icons to change from the profile picture to a different schedule icon. - After you select the icon, press Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.
