MyConferenceTime admins can make schedules visible (open) or not visible to parents (close). The choices for the schedules are:

  • visible to parents immediately.
  • not visible to parents immediately.
  • visible to parents at a date/time in advance (the schedules become "visible" to parents at a date/time you specify).
  • not visible to parents at a date/time in advance (the schedules become "not visible" to parents at a date/time you specify).

If reading about “making schedules visible” might make you fall asleep at your desk, we recommend our video instructions. But we don’t guarantee they’re much more exciting.

To make a conference schedule visible (or not visible) immediately:

  1. Log in as the administrator
  2. In the “Summaries” menu at the top of the screen, select “Schedule Summary
  3. Use the checkboxes to select the schedule(s) to make “visible” or “not visible”
  4. Use the drop-down menu that says “with selected” above the list of schedules.
  5. If hiding the schedules from parents, select “make ‘not visible’ now.”
    If making the schedules immediately available to parents, select “make ‘visible’ now.”
