Using the "Date Summary," you can see students who are scheduled for conferences with multiple teachers at the same time ("overlapping conferences"). For example, you can see students who signed up for 4:20-4:40 with both the math teacher and the science teacher. (Admins can prevent "overlapping conferences" from happening by Limiting Conference Registrations.)
To view students with overlapping conferences:
- Log in as the admin
- In the "Summaries" menu at the top of the screen, select "Date Summary"
- Select the date(s) for which you want to run the report
- After selecting the dates, press the "with selected" drop-down menu and choose "view students who have multiple conferences at the same time"
