MyConferenceTime allows parents to schedule multiple conferences during the same time slot. For example, a parent can sign up for a conference with Mr. Baker and Mrs. Santiago from 7:20 - 7:40. (If the school does not want parents to sign up for multiple conferences during the same time slot, please enable registration limits using these directions.)
Sometimes it is necessary to view a list of conferences that are scheduled during the same time slot. To view the list, please follow these directions:
- Log in as an admin
- Go to Summaries -> Date Summary
- Select the date(s) that you want to see multiple conferences
- Using the "with selected..." drop-down menu, choose "view students who have multiple conferences at same time"
