After purchasing MyConferenceTime, the school or district may request a refund any time before the first conference date. We do not offer refunds after that date. We encourage you to use the 15-day free trial to decide whether MyConferenceTime is right for you before purchasing.
As the school or district renewal approaches, MyConferenceTime will email you a quote or invoice. Your account will renew once we receive your purchase order or payment. If you don’t want to renew, just email us to let us know, or simply don’t submit payment.
