Profile pictures are displayed on MyConferenceTime for staff members who log in to MyConferenceTime using Google or Microsoft. When a staff member logs in using Google of Microsoft, MyConferenceTime saves profile picture information. The profile picture is displayed when viewing schedules.
MyConferenceTime admins can hide or display the profile picture for an individual staff member.
- Log in as an admin.
- Go to Summaries > Staff Summary
- Select the staff for which you want to change the profile picture setting (hide or display) by checking the checkbox in the first column.
- From the "with selected" drop-down menu above the table of names, choose either "display profile picture if available" (to display the staff member's picture) or "hide profile picture" to never display the staff member's profile picture.
