MyConferenceTime school admins might need to restore a conference registration that was accidentally deleted. Please use these directions to restore one or more conference registrations that were previously deleted/cancelled. Please note that registrations are available to be restored for a maximum of 10 days after being deleted/cancelled.


To restore a time slot without the student registration (restore an empty time slot), please use the directions to restore a deleted time slot.


  1. Log in to MyConferenceTime. You must have admin access to restore a deleted conference registration.
  2. Go to Summaries > Deleted Registrations
  3. Using the checkboxes in the first column in the table, select the registration(s) to be restored
  4. Using the "with selected" dropdown menu located above the table of deleted registrations, select "restore registration"
