Teachers and account admins using MyConferenceTime have access to a "sharing options" button to view easy methods to get the schedule into the "hands" of parents.
Pressing the "sharing options" button displays several ways in which the schedule can be accessed by parents:
- The (long) URL to access the schedule. This is useful when emailing the link to parents.
- An editable short code. Parents can text the short code to the phone number provided. Parents will then receive a direct link to the schedule that they can use to sign up for conferences.
- A QR code. Parents can use their phone's camera to quickly access the schedule. Include the QR code in emails, social media, posters, memos, etc.

Please note that the above sharing options are for directly accessing a schedule and do not replace the school's main MyConferenceTime URL. Schedules for the entire school continue to be available using the URL/link for the school's account.
