MyConferenceTime admins can view the extra information (frequently used for virtual conferences) that has been entered for schedules. 

  1. Log in as an admin
  2. Go to Summaries -> Schedule Summary
  3. Press the button to "show extra info field"
  4. The extra information will appear in the schedule table
  5. To hide the extra information, press the "hide extra info field"
