Using the "Schedule Summary," admins can edit the comment of one or multiple MyConferenceTime schedules quickly.

  1. Log in as the admin.
  2. In the "Summaries" menu at the top of the screen, select "Schedule Summary."
  3. Select the schedule(s) to be edited using the check boxes in the left column.
  4. Use the "with selected." drop-down menu at the top of the list and select "place comment on schedule."
  5. On the next screen, first enter a new comment for the schedule, then click on the button to "save changes."
