MyConferenceTime allows staff to add a virtual conference URL (or phone number, meeting ID, etc.) to a staff member's account, a staff member's schedule, or to individual time slots. So which one should you use? 


  • If each time slot/conference will have a unique URL, add the virtual URL to the time slot.
  • If the staff member will need the URL for future rounds of conferences and the URL will not change for those future conferences, then add the URL to the staff member's account.
  • If the staff member will not need the URL for future rounds of conferences, or if the URL will change for future rounds of conferences, then add the URL to the schedule.
