To print a list of all students who are signed up for conferences on a specific date in MyConferenceTime, please use the following directions:

  1. Log in as the admin
  2. Go to Summaries -> Date Summary
  3. Using the checkbox(es) in the left column, select the date(s) you want to include in the list
  4. Using the "with selected" dropdown menu at the top of the screen, select "pdf summary" or "pdf summary (no comments"
  5. A PDF will open (or download, depending on your browser settings) containing a list of all students who are signed up for conferences on the date(s) you selected. The list also includes the date/time of the scheduled conferences, the name of the teacher, and the name of the parent(s).
