When you have Staff Groups created in MyConferenceTime, you can use the Staff Groups to quickly select teachers who belong to those groups. Staff Group functionality is available on the following pages:


  • Selecting staff in the Conference Setup Wizard
  • Adding schedules to folders
  • Copying schedules (fast copy)
  • Selecting schedules in the schedule summary
  • Selecting staff in the staff summary

Before you can use Staff Groups, you need to create at least one Staff Group. We have instructions to help you create a new Staff Group.


If you have Staff Groups created, you'll see links for them on the pages listed above. Clicking on the name of the Staff Group automatically selects the teachers who are in that group.


In this example, we have two Staff Groups: Primary and Secondary. After clicking on the "Primary" Staff Group, the two staff members who are in the Primary group (Marcus and Earl) are automatically selected:
