MyConferenceTime administrators can remove the date & time for which a schedule is to become "visible" or "not visible" to parents.


  1. Log in to MyConferenceTime as an admin
  2. Go to Summaries -> Schedule Summary
  3. Select the schedules that you want to remove the "date/time in advance" setting using the checkboxes in the left column
  4. Using the drop-down menu labeled "with selected," choose "clear visible date/time in advance" or "clear not visible date/time in advance." If you are clearing both visible and not visible settings, please do the process twice.
  5. You will be asked to confirm that you want to clear the date/time. After confirming that you want to clear the date/time, all of the schedules that you selected will not have a visible in advance setting (or a not visible in advance setting).
