MyConferenceTime administrators can remove the date & time for which a schedule is to become "visible" or "not visible" to parents.
- Log in to MyConferenceTime as an admin
- Go to Summaries -> Schedule Summary
- Select the schedules that you want to remove the "date/time in advance" setting using the checkboxes in the left column
- Using the drop-down menu labeled "with selected," choose "clear visible date/time in advance" or "clear not visible date/time in advance." If you are clearing both visible and not visible settings, please do the process twice.
- You will be asked to confirm that you want to clear the date/time. After confirming that you want to clear the date/time, all of the schedules that you selected will not have a visible in advance setting (or a not visible in advance setting).
