Using the "Schedule Summary," admins can see how many conferences were scheduled and how many time slots were posted for each schedule. Also, the website displays how many conferences were scheduled and time slots were posted for each day for each schedule. Directions to view stats directly on the website are located toward the bottom of this support article.


An additional option on the Schedule Summary page is to download stats as a CSV (spreadsheet) file. These stats do not have the totals by date, only by schedule. To download the stats in the "Schedule Summary":

  1. Log in as an admin
  2. Under the "Summaries" menu, select "Schedule Summary"
  3. Select the schedules for which you want to view stats by selecting them using the checkboxes in the left column.
  4. Using the "with selected" dropdown menu, choose "CSV of schedule stats"
    A spreadsheet of schedule statistics will download to your computer.



To view the stats in the "Schedule Summary":

  1. Log in as an admin
  2. Under the "Summaries" menu, select "Schedule Summary"
  3. To view the statistics directly on the website, press the "show stats" button when viewing your "Schedule Summary" page.


After clicking on show stats, you'll see a report of how many time slots were posted and how many filled.


Also, you will see a list of the schedules. The last column shows how many total conferences were posted for the schedule, how many have meetings scheduled, and what the percentage is. The stats are also broken down by date so you can analyze which conference dates get the most attendance.
