To print a list of all students who are signed up for conferences on select schedules in MyConferenceTime, please use the following directions:
- Log in as the admin
- Go to Summaries -> Schedule Summary
- Using the checkbox(es) in the left column, select the schedule(s) you want to include in the list
- Using the "with selected..." dropdown menu at the top of the screen, select "alphabetical list of students"
- A PDF will open (or download, depending on your browser settings) containing a list of all students who are signed up for conferences on the schedule(s) you selected. The list also includes the date/time of the scheduled conferences, the name of the teacher, and the name of the parent(s).
The list of students is alphabetical by student; the students are not sorted by teacher/schedule.
