To print a list of all students who are signed up for conferences on select schedules in MyConferenceTime, please use the following directions:

  1. Log in as the admin
  2. Go to Summaries -> Schedule Summary
  3. Using the checkbox(es) in the left column, select the schedule(s) you want to include in the list
  4. Using the "with selected..." dropdown menu at the top of the screen, select "alphabetical list of students"
  5. A PDF will open (or download, depending on your browser settings) containing a list of all students who are signed up for conferences on the schedule(s) you selected. The list also includes the date/time of the scheduled conferences, the name of the teacher, and the name of the parent(s).


The list of students is alphabetical by student; the students are not sorted by teacher/schedule.
