To change the password of a staff member, please do the following:
- Log in to MyConferenceTime as the admin.
- In the "Summaries" menu at the top of the screen, select "Staff Summary."
- Select the checkbox next to the staff member's name. (You can select multiple staff members.)
- Using the drop-down menu that says "with selected" above the list of names, select "change password (with option to email)."
- On the next screen, enter the staff member's new password.
- If you want MyConferenceTime to email the password and a log in link to the staff member(s) who were selected in Step 3, check the "yes" button for "Email new password to staff member?"
- Click on "Save Changes"
