To change the password of a staff member, please do the following:

  1. Log in to MyConferenceTime as the admin.
  2. In the "Summaries" menu at the top of the screen, select "Staff Summary."
  3. Select the checkbox next to the staff member's name. (You can select multiple staff members.)
  4. Using the drop-down menu that says "with selected" above the list of names, select "change password (with option to email)."
  5. On the next screen, enter the staff member's new password. 
  6. If you want MyConferenceTime to email the password and a log in link to the staff member(s) who were selected in Step 3, check the "yes" button for "Email new password to staff member?"
  7. Click on "Save Changes"
