Here's a question we frequently get regarding MyConferenceTime:

Is it possible to set up times for teachers to sign up for observations that would not be visible by parents, just teachers?

Yes, we encourage you to use MyConferenceTime to schedule teacher observations, annual performance meetings, pre- and post-observation conferences and any other meetings that you might have. We know that you probably don't want these schedules available to the public, so you can either make the schedule "not visible" to parents or password-protect the schedule.

Option 1 - Make the schedule not visible:

1. Make your observation schedule 'not visible' to the public using these steps.

2. We recommend going to Admin Options -> Advanced Settings and changing "Automatically show hidden schedules to staff when staff members log

in" to YES.

3. Teachers must log in so that they can see the "not visible" schedule.

Option 2- Password-protect the schedule:

Follow these steps to assign a password to the conference schedule.

A password-protected schedule's title is visible to the public, but in order to view dates/times, the user needs the password which you provide to staff. You can have a password-protected schedule "visible" so staff do not have to log in, they just need to know the password for that schedule.
