A folder can't be deleted until all schedules inside the folder have been removed.
To delete a folder:
- Log in as the admin
- In the "Admin Options" menu at the top of the screen, select "Folder Manager"
- Press the "delete" link for the folder.
A folder must be empty to be deleted. If you press the "delete" link and get a message that the folder cannot be deleted, please use these steps to empty the folder:
- Click on the link to "Add/Remove schedules"
- Make sure all of the schedules' checkboxes are unchecked, resulting in removing schedules from the folder. The quickest way to do this is to click on the "Uncheck all" text above the list of schedules
- At the bottom of the list of schedules, click on "Save Changes"
- Return to the "Folder Manager"
- After pressing Delete (and if the folder is empty), you will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the folder.
