A folder can't be deleted until all schedules inside the folder have been removed.


To delete a folder:

  1. Log in as the admin
  2. In the "Admin Options" menu at the top of the screen, select "Folder Manager"
  3. If you do not see the "edit/delete" link below the folder's name (which means you only see the "edit" link), you need to remove schedules from the folder:
    1. Click on the link to "Add/Remove schedules"
    2. Make sure all of the schedules' checkboxes are unchecked, resulting in removing schedules from the folder. The quickest way to do this is to click on the "Uncheck all" text above the list of schedules
    3. At the bottom of the list of schedules, click on "Save Changes"
    4. Return to the "Folder Manager"
  4. Click on the "edit/delete" link. (The "edit/delete" link only appears if the folder is empty. If you only see the "edit" link, you need to empty the folder using the instructions above.)
  5. Click on the button to "Delete Folder"
