MyConferenceTime administrators can use the Email Summary to check various details of emails that were sent under the umbrella of the school's account including:
- email content
- delivery status (sent, delivered, bounced)
- when emails were sent
- Log in to MyConferenceTime as an admin
- Go Summaries -> Email Summary
- The table displays the emails that have been sent
- Clicking on "view" (right column) shows the contents and details about the email. You can see if the message was delivered or opened in the "Message Events" section.
- To search for a particular email address, return to the email summary page and enter the email address in the text field found above the email table.
