MyConferenceTime administrators can use the Email Summary to check various details of emails that were sent under the umbrella of the school's account including:

  • email content
  • delivery status (sent, delivered, bounced)
  • when emails were sent


  1. Log in to MyConferenceTime as an admin
  2. Go Summaries -> Email Summary
  3. The table displays the emails that have been sent
  4. Clicking on "view" (right column) shows the contents and details about the email. You can see if the message was delivered or opened in the "Message Events" section.
  5. To search for a particular email address, return to the email summary page and enter the email address in the text field found above the email table.
