To send PDF conference schedules from MyConferenceTime to staff members:


  1. Log in as the admin.
  2. In the "Summaries" menu at the top of the screen, select "Schedule Summary."
  3. Select the schedule(s) you want to email using the checkboxes in the left column.
  4. Use the drop-down menu at the top of the list and select "email .pdf schedule to staff." There are two options: one sends times with appointments, the other sends times with appointments plus openings.
