MyConferenceTime admins can duplicate the dates of conferences. This is useful if you have one day of conferences created on your schedules and need to add another date with the exact same time slots.


  1. Log in as the admin.
  2. In the "Summaries" menu at the top of the screen, select "date summary."
  3. Check the box for the date(s) that you are duplicating. It's possible to duplicate multiple dates at the same time but it is NOT recommended because all of the selected dates will be duplicated to the ONE date that you will choose in step 5.

  4. Using the drop-down menu that says "with selected" above the list of dates, select "duplicate date."

  5. On the next page, click on the calendar icon to select the new date, then click the button to save changes.
