MyConferenceTime admins can delete all time slots for a specific date. 

  1. Log in as the admin.
  2. In the "Summaries" menu at the top of the screen, select "Date Summary."
  3. Check the box for the date(s) that you want to delete. Please note that this will delete all time slots for all of the schedules for the selected date(s). (If you want to delete a date on an individual schedule, do not use these directions. Please go to the desired schedule to delete the date from that specific schedule.)


  4. Using the drop-down menu that says "with selected" above the list of dates, select one of the "delete" options:

    Choose "delete registrations and time slots" to delete all of the conference registrations and all of the time slots for the selected date(s).  

    Choose "delete registrations, keep time slots" to delete all of the conference registrations for the selected date(s) but keep the time slots on the schedule (for example, 4:00-4:10, 4:10-4:20, etc) [This is useful if you plan to re-use your schedules and want to keep the structure of the schedules intact.]


  5. You will see a confirmation dialog. If you are sure you want to delete the date, click "OK" or "Continue."
