If you need to edit the information in MyConferenceTime for a student/parent, please do the following:


  1. Log in (staff or admin level)
  2. Go to the schedule(s) on which the student is registered for a conference
  3. Click on either the student's name or the settings/gear icon beside the student's name
  4. Locate the field to edit and click the pencil icon next to the registration data

    Tip: If you do not see the field you want to edit, check the box for "show empty fields" located below the registration information.
  5. Edit the information, then press the "Save" button
  6. (Optional) To hide the registration details so that only the student's name appears, click on the student's name or the three dots next to the student's name
