If you need to edit the information in MyConferenceTime for a student/parent, please do the following:
- Log in (staff or admin level)
- Go to the schedule(s) on which the student is registered for a conference
- Click on either the student's name or the settings/gear icon beside the student's name
- Locate the field to edit and click the pencil icon next to the registration data
Tip: If you do not see the field you want to edit, check the box for "show empty fields" located below the registration information. - Edit the information, then press the "Save" button
- (Optional) To hide the registration details so that only the student's name appears, click on the student's name or the three dots next to the student's name
