If a staff member wants to find a student who has scheduled a conference on MyConferenceTime, the staff member can use the "find student" feature. 


  1. Log in
  2. Using the "Options for [staff name]" menu at the top of the screen, select "Find Student."
  3. On the next screen, enter the student's first name or last name. 

  4. The website will display conferences scheduled for the student.

  5. By default, the search results show only upcoming conferences. To view all conferences (past and upcoming), press the "include past" button.
