To allow parents to cancel their own registration online, a cut-off date must be specified. When a cut-off date is specified, parents can cancel prior to the cut-off date. 

The following directions are for specifying a cut-off date on one schedule. To specify a cut-off date for multiple schedules, please see Directions for School Admins to Allow Parents to Cancel.

  1. Log in.
  2. Go to the conference schedule.
  3. Use the "Schedule Options" drop-down menu near the top of the schedule



  4. Select "Edit schedule title, comment, visibility, cancel date" from the drop-down menu.
  5. For the option "Allow users to cancel their registration prior to a date you specify?," change to "yes."
  6. Specify the cut-off date. Parents will be able to cancel their conference prior to the date you set.
  7. Click on "Save Changes."
