To allow parents to cancel their own registration online, a cut-off date must be specified. When a cut-off date is specified, parents can cancel prior to the cut-off date.
The following directions are for specifying a cut-off date on one schedule. To specify a cut-off date for multiple schedules, please see Directions for School Admins to Allow Parents to Cancel.
- Log in.
- Go to the conference schedule.
Use the "Schedule Options" drop-down menu near the top of the schedule
- Select "Edit schedule title, comment, visibility, cancel date" from the drop-down menu.
- For the option "Allow users to cancel their registration prior to a date you specify?," change to "yes."
- Specify the cut-off date. Parents will be able to cancel their conference prior to the date you set.
- Click on "Save Changes."
