To specify a cut-off date for parents to be able to cancel the conference themselves:

  1. Log in.
  2. Go to the conference schedule.
  3. Use the "Schedule Options" drop-down menu near the top of the schedule

  4. Select "Edit schedule title, comment, visibility, undo date" from the drop-down menu.
  5. For the option "Allow users to undo their selection prior to a date you specify?," change to "yes."
  6. Specify the cut-off date.
  7. Click on "save changes."
