To add a time to your schedule:
- Log in.
- Go to the schedule.
Use the "Schedule Options" drop-down menu near the top of the schedule.
- Select "Add time slots to this schedule" from the drop-down menu.
- On the next screen, select the date for the time slot using the small calendar icon.
- Select the start time & end time. If adding one time slot, it is the starting time and ending time for the time slot.
If adding multiple time slots, it is the starting time of the first time slot and the ending time of the last time slot. Select the length of each time slot.
Select the length of the break between each time slot. Usually this is set to 0, but some organizations have "travel time" so that participants have a few minutes to get to the next appointment.
Enter the number of openings for each time slot. If you plan to have an appointment with one participant during each time slot, enter 1. If you are creating a schedule for a team and the team will meet with multiple participants during the time slot, increase the number of openings.
If you have specific instructions for the time slots, enter those instructions in the optional comments box:
- Click on the "Add" button.
