This information is to help parents edit or delete a registration on MyConferenceTime.


  1. Visit https://www.myconferencetime.com/viewregistrations
  2. If you already have a security code, choose whether you received the code by email or text.


  3. If you do not have a security code, choose one of the options to have a security code emailed or texted to you. You must enter an email address or phone number that matches what you entered when registering for a conference.


  4. Enter your email address or phone number plus the security code, then press Submit.


  5. On the next screen, you will see a list of conferences that match the email address or phone number you entered.

  6. To edit or cancel a conference, first press the "more" button located beside the conference details.
  7. If your school has enabled online changes/cancellations, you will see icons for editing information and a button at the bottom to cancel.

    If you do not see a "cancel registration" button, either your school/teacher has not enabled online changes or the permitted time to make online changes has passed. 
    You will need to contact the school/teacher to make any changes. MyConferenceTime Support is unable to make these changes for you.
