When a MyConferenceTime.com confirmation bounces back to our servers, the email address is blocked in the system. A bounce happens for several reasons.

  1. The most common reason an email bounces is because the person entered the email address incorrectly or no longer uses the email address.
  2. Sometimes the recipient incorrectly marked the conference notification email as spam. 
  3. Mailboxes that are overquota will reject email.

If you are getting a message that your address is being blocked but you need to register for a conference, please open a support ticket, indicating the email address(es) that should be unblocked. We will remove the block as soon as possible.
