When a MyConferenceTime.com confirmation bounces back to our servers, the email address is blocked in the system. A bounce happens for several reasons.
- The most common reason an email bounces is because the person entered the email address incorrectly or no longer uses the email address.
- Sometimes the recipient incorrectly marked the conference notification email as spam.
- Mailboxes that are over quota will reject email.
- Participants unsubscribe from MyConferenceTime emails.
